Our culture has a name: TON. Trygghet, Omtänksamhet, Nyfikenhet (safety, thoughtfulness, curiosity). Three words for how we meet each other, our clients and the everyday.

A culture shaped by the people in it

In the spring of 2025, the entire POJI team gathered to reflect on what makes this company tick. What came out of that workshop was not a set of rules handed down from above. It was a genuine description of how we already work, written by the people who live it every day.

Three themes emerged clearly: the strength of working together, the drive to keep learning and challenging ourselves, and the safety that comes from trusting each other completely. That is POJI's culture in its own words.

TON

Culture, for us, is more than words on a wall, it is how we sound, feel and act. TON stands for Trygghet, Omtänksamhet and Nyfikenhet: three words that guide how we work together, solve problems and meet people.

TTrygghet (Safety)

We dare to try, make mistakes and grow together. Psychological safety is the soil everything else grows from.

OOmtänksamhet (Thoughtfulness)

We care for real, about each other, about our clients and about the work. We use our judgement and experience to create the greatest possible value.

NNyfikenhet (Curiosity)

We seek new perspectives and ideas to keep developing, as people and as an organisation, and to contribute to something meaningful.

Culture in everyday life

Start with a hello

We say hello and goodbye. We ask how the weekend was. Small things that build a real team.

No question is too basic

Everyone is encouraged to ask, from the newest hire to the most senior engineer. That is how we learn.

Learn from each other

Project meetings are knowledge-sharing sessions. We show interest in each other's work and celebrate wins together.

Freedom to explore

Engineers at POJI have the freedom to develop new methods and tools. VERIDA was born this way.

Mistakes are fine

We do not look for someone to blame. We learn, adjust, and move on. Together.

Work and laughter

We mix professionalism with genuine fun. Good results and a good atmosphere are not opposites.
