EN 1993 steel, EN 1995 timber/CLT/glulam) with national annexes for Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and the UK; ASCE 7, IBC, and ASME BPVC for US projects; DNV / BV / IMO for marine and offshore; EN 13445 and the Pressure Equipment Directive for pressure vessels; and the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC for machinery frames. Software stack: ANSYS Mechanical, RFEM (Dlubal), SolidWorks, Revit, Grasshopper, Rhino, and in-house parametric tools including the VERIDA platform. ## References and projects - [References](https://www.poji.se/en/references): Selected industrial and offsite construction projects. - [Articles & Insights](https://www.poji.se/en/references/articles): Engineering articles, team profiles, and project write-ups. - Notable projects: Barkarbystaden KV 15 (modular, Järfälla, Sweden, 350 apartments, 2022), NC1 NEOM (modular, Saudi Arabia, 2174 apartments, 2024), Haningeterrassen (modular, Haninge, Sweden, 385 apartments, 2027), Tank GMNIA verification (industry, Sweden, 2023), Landkrabban lifting tool for modules (industry, 2019), CE-marked lifting beam for Karlstad Sjötrafik AB (industry, 2021). ## FAQ - [Frequently Asked Questions](https://www.poji.se/en/faq): Service scope, quality assurance, software stack, project timelines, consulting, quotes, and office locations. ## Career - [Careers overview](https://www.poji.se/en/career) - [Working at POJI](https://www.poji.se/en/career/working-at-poji) - [Open positions](https://www.poji.se/en/career/positions) - [For students](https://www.poji.se/en/career/students) - [Open application](https://www.poji.se/en/career/positions/open-application) ## Optional - [Full content version (llms-full.txt)](https://www.poji.se/llms-full.txt): Extended machine-readable version with verbatim service descriptions, quality process, reference projects, and team roster. - [Swedish version (svenska)](https://www.poji.se/sv): Full site in Swedish. - [Sitemap](https://www.poji.se/sitemap.xml): Machine-readable index of all pages. ## Engineering disciplines (verbatim) POJI's three offer pages cover three disciplines that share one quality bar and one delivery culture: ### Modular construction Design verification of modular and panelised buildings with timber and steel framing, engineered for offsite manufacturing and modern methods of construction. Deliverables include load take-down through every load-bearing element from foundation to roof, frame stability analysis (including wind), and member design in timber, steel and concrete to EN 1993, EN 1995, EN 1992 with the relevant national annex. For industrialised modular projects the workflow is parameterised in Grasshopper + RFEM so each module is dimensioned automatically. ### Industry / mechanical engineering Structural verification of industrial components and products through advanced FEM and hand calculations, verified against applicable national and international standards. Strength, fatigue and buckling analyses with ANSYS Mechanical and RFEM. Pressure vessels and tanks per EN 13445, EN 14015, ASME BPVC and the Pressure Equipment Directive: design pressure, nozzle loads, buckling (LBA, MNA, GMNA, GMNIA) and seismic loading. Lifting tools, fixtures and special machinery with full strength verification and CE documentation per the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. Seismic analysis to EN 1998, IBC and ASCE 7. ### Calculation automation Custom digital tools and the VERIDA platform for automating repetitive structural calculations: calculation configurators, parametric models, and integrations with existing systems. The VERIDA platform combines parametric modelling, load-combination logic, code-checking routines, and report generation in a single platform for engineering teams. The cistern configurator automates dimensioning of cisterns from input to complete calculation report. ## Quality assurance (FAQ excerpt) Every POJI calculation goes through a four-step quality chain: 1. The responsible engineer signs off the model and inputs. 2. A second senior engineer performs an independent peer review against the applicable code (EN 1990–1999, ASCE 7, ASME BPVC, or DNV/BV depending on the market). 3. Results are benchmarked against hand calculations or a closed-form reference. 4. The report is issued with a traceable revision history through the VERIDA platform. ## Reference projects (verbatim scope) - Barkarbystaden KV 15: Modular, Järfälla, Sweden, 350 apartments, completed 2022. The acronym was defined by the team in a workshop in spring 2025. - Trygghet (Safety): psychological safety. We dare to try, make mistakes and grow together. The soil everything else grows from. - Omtänksamhet (Thoughtfulness): we care for real about each other, our clients and the work. We use judgement and experience to create the greatest possible value. - Nyfikenhet (Curiosity): we seek new perspectives and ideas to keep developing as people and as an organisation, and to contribute to something meaningful. The Swedish word "ton" also means "tone", so the company tagline "tillsammans håller vi tonen" literally translates as "together we keep the tone". ## Team (as of 2026) - Marina Olsson: CEO, M.Sc Engineering Physics. marina.olsson@poji.se - Per-Olof Hulthe: CTO, M.Sc Mechanical Engineering. per-olof.hulthe@poji.se - Haris Vejzovic: Structural Engineer, M.Sc Mechanical Engineering.
